腑に落ちた！
ホームページ管理会社からの連絡で、ブログの仕様を直すハメになり、
毎度ちんぷんかんぷんの私は、デザイナーにお願いしてじっと待つ という日々になりました。
そんな訳で、久々のブログです。 コメント機能は、まだ使えないそうです。済みません！
さて、その久々のブログは、
この前の土日に開催した、リーラスクール・野見山生理学講座のご報告。
いやあ、おもしろかったです！
内臓は判りにくい という思い込みが、やっと吹っ飛びました。
内臓の進化の歴史を知ることで、それぞれの役割も理解しやすくなったし、
触診したり、脈診したり、聴診器で聞いたり、自分のからだを動かしたり、
もう、あらん限りの具体的なやり方で、内臓と仲良くなるアプローチも、楽しかった。
私にとって圧巻だったのは、陰陽五行の仕組みが、すっと頭に入ってきた時。
初めて、ちゃんと、腑に落ちた。
そういう時って、快感が走るね。
からだの仕組みや、それに対する考え方を、判りやすく説明することに関して、
野見山さんは、素敵な才能をもっています。
難しい専門用語が、日常の言葉に置き換えられ、実感とともに入ってくるのです。
それはきっと、彼のからだへの愛の、現れなのでしょうね。
今回も、そんな彼の本領発揮、パワー全開の講座でした。
リーラスクールは毎回、参加者の方達の人柄に支えられている部分が大きいのですが、
今回も、またしかり。
皆のリラックスした受け入れ態勢が、野見山さんの力をさらに引き出す現場を、
何度も目撃できました。
場ができる というのは、何度目撃しても、心が広がる体験です。
きっと、だから、私はスクールを続けているのだろうな。
野見山さん、参加生の皆さん、今回もおいしいお料理で満足度を高めてくれた雅江さん、
本当にどうもありがとう！
生理学講座は、これで全体が一度完結しましたが、
更にやり方を練って、またの開催を考えていこうと、話し合っています。
